My goodness.  It seems that whatever road I take leads to other issues.  I guess that's the main reason no one has figured out how to cure homelessness.  Every plan is contingent upon a host of other issues that need to be addressed first.  This is probably why any discussion on the subject runs into conflicting ideas and everyone gets flustered and quits.  I need to rethink some of the ideas we visited already.
