This is very likely to get long, boring, and repetitive.  But please let me get my thoughts out.  I just end up running through recursions in my head, so maybe writing it out will make it easier for me to understand.

So here's the background.  The areas surrounding my hometown back in America are almost overflowing with homeless people.  This shocked me the first time I saw it four years ago and it does not seem to have gotten any better by any measure.

There are tent cities on the sides of freeways, piles of garbage outside of parks, and more panhandlers than I have seen anywhere else in the past.

What could have brought about this change?

けましたが、どう見ても改善されているようには見えません。


高速道路の脇にはテント都市があり、公園の外にはゴミの山があり、
これまで見たことのないほど多くの物乞いがいます。

何がこの変化を引き起こしたのでしょうか?
