I was doing a little weeding around the front when something scurried away from my hand.

玄関周りの草むしりをしていると、何かが横目から見た。

It's a baby praying mantis!

カマキリの赤ちゃんでした！

It's so cute!  This tells me summer is close, just need the mosquitos and cicaidas to start showing up! (I could do without the mozzies though)  The weather recently has been a bit bipolar, but it is comfortable with almost no humidity.

ものすごくかわいいです！夏が近づいていることを感じますね。あとは蚊と蝉が現れ始めるだけです。 （蚊がなくても大丈夫すが） 最近は天気が不安定ですが、湿気はほとんどなく快適です。
